School House Craft – Business classes for the Crafts

I have been crafting for as long as I can remember and started selling my creations in 2006. Along the way I've learned what seems to work and what doesn't. I'm in a few shops, have a couple wholesale accounts, and get commission checks on a pretty regular basis – but there is always room for improvement!
I wasn't too sure about attending School House Craft when I first heard about it. But it was organized by some craft/artist business owners who I see everywhere I go – and they must be doing something right, right?
So off to school I went in September…. in a very cool old schoolhouse to learn from other micro-business crafters, shop owners, authors, and some experts who just might know what they are doing!
The setup was great. Not too early, breakfast items waiting for us, a table in the middle where we could craft a name tag, and a swag bag full of goodies and school supplies.
